A: I believe on these clippers you twist the black ring at the top of the handle before the blades. If that does not work they could be faulty, in which case send them back or contact manufacturer the address and contact details will be in the instruction leaflet. Hope this helps

**Q: What charging cable would work with this, I know they have them on amazon but which one is compatible ?**
A: When I bought mine it came with the clippers and plugs into a phone charger. The other end is like what you put in a razor to charge it.

These are my before and after photos of my shug after her full clip .i didn’t charge wen they arrived as they were already to go , I started clipping tink the first go clippers lasted over an hour without a break . Brilliant little clippers well value for money and are well made happy customer

The media could not be loaded. This dog shaver is perfect for what we need. We managed to get rid of all the matted fur with minimum disruption.However, we did the shaving in stages, allowing our dog to get used to the noise (low noise), and treating him each time he had a shave. He loves to be pampered, and feels much better without some dirty, matted coat.There are 4 limiting combs supplied numbered as: 3,6,9, and 12, which are 3mm, 6mm, 9mm, and 12mm.We started with no.9, but it was too long, so we changed it to no.6. Depending on your pet, I would suggest taking it easy and trying various combs on a small fur area.
