Using just the 1 lb ones when doing something like Beat Saber increases the intensity a lot! These weights fit both me and my husband well, are secure and don't slide all over the place, and most importantly are the width that feels comfortable on the wrist.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good For Certain VR Exercises

I bought these for use with VR Boxing and other fitness apps. You don't want to go too heavy with wrist weights for that use, both because heavier weights will slip more when you're moving your hands rapidly, and because you risk damaging your shoulder. These are just the right size and weight for that use. A couple of things to note. These WILL slip in use if you're not careful how you put them on. My suggestion is to get also a pair of wrist bands (what's sometimes used for carpal tunnel) to wear under these. And mount the weights tightly on top of them, and slightly closer to the hand. This will help keep the weights from moving during use, and will also allow them to be comfortably worn even if the velcro strap is drawn tightly.
