The khatta variety not the yellow sweet one and this one nails the flavors right. It is slightly expensive (so I bought 2 which is cheaper) but where I live (Mumbai/Bhubaneswar) getting the right flavor is next to impossible. I cannot wait for trips to Delhi to buy aam papad, so this way I can get it whenever I want (hopefully the taste remains consistent) and for that I am willing to pay the premium. After all going to Delhi does not guarantee that I get the right flavor, right? The packaging had a handwritten note in it and the accompanying it was not just salt but a lemon salt!
