They then sent me a brand new bag to replace the one with the broken strap. This company is absolutely amazing. Great customer service and a great product. They stand behind their product and I will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to friends. This bag really is great and very versatile. I carry it everyday for work and it holds everything I need. It would work for a great weekend bag. Makes an amazing diaper bag. And it comes with a changing pad and a cute baby wash cloth. I'm very happy that this company is so nice and went above and beyond to fix my issue.The bag strap broke after about a week of use. I decided to keep the bag because I do like the bag and it ticked all the boxes that I needed for a bag for work. I love how big the back pocket is, it is big enough to hold a stack of papers. The insulated pockets are nice and I love the amount of pockets on the inside of the bag. I use the pacifier pouch to hold extra reusable masks.
