Many on Reddit recommended this particular strain from this particular company. I don’t think I’ll be trying anymore, though. Night #2 and I feel worse, not better. The product itself seems of a very good quality, but the substance itself is not worth further exploring for me, especially considering the risks for liver damage after heavy & prolonged use. It seems heavy & prolonged use would be the only way to get any potential positive benefits from kava for me, but I’m not willing to risk potential liver damage.
