A must! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by L***B on 6 November 2024* I have used this product for over 15 years and it is the only one that continues to work even as I get older and sleep becomes more challenging. I now have to take 3 or 4 instead of the 2 that I used to take but they are gentle and I am sensitive to other sleep supplements so even more does not bother me. I chew them because they are large hard tablets and too big for me to ever swallow. However, the taste is not bad, just a little gritty with water to wash it down. Since I chew them they seem to act relatively quickly by comparison as they are already broken down for digestion. I hope this helps as it is a great product and I am just glad that I found them on Amazon as my health food store stopped carrrying them. It was probably because they are so large and hard to swallow. Just chew them.
