Review: Excellent insulating properties. - Nice for insulating from heat. I was using a flimsy cheap pair of welding gloves and my hands would hurt. Hardly feel heat with these. Only issue is they are tight and not very flexible. I am imagining that will change with use. Good quality, good price. I used them to take the ash pan out of a coal stove that has hundreds of degrees of burning coal directly above it which causes the pan to be extremely hot at times.

Idk man they seemed good at first...after pouring 3 10kg crucibles of copper the pinky melted and shrunk and it hardened like it wont bend anymore. It was feeling like I was getting burnt through the glove on the first 2 pours, just my left pinky which was the closest to the crucible. Then it just heat shrank and my pinky still hurts. I got a pinky ache now.
