When I open the desertcart box, I saw that the box for the actual mouse seemed as though it may have already been opened. As I have not seen the packaging before I paid it no mind. I opened the box and on top was the usual packet with instruction manual and quick guide. Then I went to grab my new mouse, only to find that the mouse looked used. Then I noticed it wasn't even the wireless version of the mouse, but rather the wired version with the cord cut off. It took me a moment to realize what it was, but the exposed wires coming out where the cord was cut was a giveaway. I immediately filed for a return/replacement. I don't know how this could have happened. It's both upsetting and a little funny, but desertcart should make this right. EDIT: I received my replacement a day after the original issue. This time it was the correct product. The mouse is great. I used to have a Taipan, and this mouse is the perfect replacement. I purchased the Tournament Edition version, which has a wire that cannot be detached and is required for the mouse to function. I am seeing this question because I was reviewing my order history, and I was like hum...that's weird...is there a wireless version?? I think there might be other versions, but I wouldn't know... **Q: is it portable** A: It’s a mouse and portable on either wired or wireless versions. **Q: Where can you get another charger for this, mine broke** A: After several frustrating exchanges with Razer support, I determined that they do not sell replacement USB cords for the Lancehead. You can, however, use any normal USB "micro" cable to charge the Lancehead. The trick is that the charging port is surrounded by a fair bit of plastic, meaning you will most likely need to "trim" the plastic housing from around the USB "micro" connector to get it to fit into the mouse. After purchasing this mouse and the chroma stand I can confidentially state that Razor not longer is a gaming hardware company but just a computer hardware manufacture. 1. The middle mouse button is so flimsy and weak it breaks after 1 week of use! PIECE OF JUNK!!! Good for two button that's it! 2. There is NO Plug and Play architecture! The amount of times you have to restart your computer when you plug in a Razor device is unbelievable.
