Review: I'm curious for their products a lot, but not for labdanum anymore... - Today I had bad luck with my purchase. I believe that the product is of excellent quality, but it is in a form that is difficult to use. It is so thick, thicker than syrup. Say true, it is like asphalt, after little bit of summer sun. In the instructions that the seller gives you just after purchase and in the box it is written that the product needs to be heated. But first you have to remove the plug that is glued there like with the best glue. It took me forever to peel it off. Finally I removed the plug, heated the product and .... luckily I had jojoba oil at home to slightly mix it with, at least to a usable state. So those of you who don't have jojoba or other cosmetic oil at home, good luck. So definitely something else, but never labdanum again.
