I'm not sure if every unit is like this, or I just got a bad one. I know this is a bluetooth speaker, but I was planning to use it exclusively with my desktop, with the intention of just leaving the power plugged in. I obviously can't do that now, so that's why I'm leaving 2 stars. *Edit- I just turned it on and there's consistent, loud feedback whenever I play anything over it. I'm going to look into a return. Also I tried the bluetooth connection, very easy to set up with iphone, the only thing is the recorded voice confirmation has a heavy accent which I find "interesting", wondering was it that hard to record a standard English pronunciation for the manufacture? I took half a star off due to the unprofessional recording voice confirmation, and another half of a star off for the FM mode that basically does not work, only noise comes out of radio mode. The lights are lit up in red spelling BLUETOOTH. The power button does NOTHING, hold it for 3 to 10 seconds NOTHING (will not shut off or change mode). I have left it sit unplugged for 2 days hoping the battery will run dry and reset something, still stuck in mode though. I have tried to rest the speaker in what I assume is a reset button in a small pin hole, no luck.
