There are several reviews, and if I can attach picture this is what their bed does after 1 month of normal use. The top coil chamber leaks air into it, and it can NOT be deflated. One huge air bubble in the middle about 6 inches high. I would recommend this product to anyone in the market.This review is for the customer service department.A few days ago we pulled out the mattress, my wife stated it did not look like we received the king that was originally ordered. Up to that point I had slept on it only once, it was mainly used for company. We measured it and she was correct, we received a queen. We notified the manufacturer with not much exception for any results, since we had had the mattress for so long. Nickol from Fox Air Beds responded with 24 hours and within 48 hrs the correct size immediately was shipped. I am not one who usually rates products, but I must acknowledge exceptional customer service, it is so rare these days!
