After reading about the benefits of marine collagen I came across birch and Wilde will scrolling on desertcart and the packing caught my eye. My order arrived beautifully packaged with very clear instructions and so much info on the Birch and Wilde website. I have been taken the collagen for about 3 weeks and can really feel and see the benefits. I was suffering with the joints in my knee and every time I went to the gym the pain was getting worse, after about a week of taking the capsules the pain has gone. My skin is actually glowing and my hair is shiny. There’s nothing else I’ve changed or tried so I know it’s down to the collagen. Thank you Birch & Wilde I am converted! I thought it was one so that's why I think they are a bit expensive for what you get. Remember to take on an empty stomach too. I'm post menopausal after having a hysterectomy last year and I noticed that my skin was rapidly aging....drying, sagging and wrinkling too. The full works! They don't tell you that will happen in pre-op lectures you know! In panic I contacted my friend who is a beauty therapist and she told me I must take collagen as my ovaries were also removed so my hormones have nose dived. So as well as my usual starflower oil, iron, B12 and multi vitamin (not to mention HRT the last few months) I added a marine collagen to the mix. I've tried a lot of brands and didn't think I noticed much of a difference. This one is different. I can't put my finger on it, but my skin just looks healthy and not dull and tired anymore. The wrinkles are still there (sorry, but everyone knows you can't get rid of them once they are there without interference of some type!) but I just look better and people have commented on my skin too.
