## Questions & Answers

**Q: I plan to install in a cottage in very cold climate that will require the unit to be drained every year.  Can it be installed upside down to drain?**
A: Not sure if can be upside down.  Based on the way  the connections are  you can remove in Minutes and drain lines.  or perhaps install a drain valve below.

**Q: Does this unit have a light to indicate it is working properly?**
A: There are 2 lights on the ballast. A red one that shows power on and a green one that indicates the condition of the lamp.

**Q: My water pressure is 80 psi, and I get 1.2 gpm on my sink, will the water pressure change significantly?**
A: Maximum operating pressure 125 PSI (862 kPa),Minimum operating pressure 4 PSI (27.5 kPa),I don't think it will influence your water pressure significantly

**Q: What size thread are the fittings?**
A: The 6 GPM model is 1/2".  The 12 GPM model is 3/4".  I think that accounts for the different answers.
