Review: Awesome sealer for concrete and gap filler - This product worked great as a gap sealer between the concrete slab and bottom plate of our wood framed workshop. It is very rubbery when cured so it won't crack or shrink, very similar to silicone but with a rubbery feel to it. I have also used it as a sealer between the window flange and framing of a window opening in new construction applications. I think you can seal gaps up to 3/4" but that's gonn use a lot of material for a gap that large. I reccomend using appropriate size backer rod, then top coat with this product. -MLC Remodeling
