In terms of sturdiness, it's fairly solid. I'm pretty sure if I messed around with records on the shelves while I had another album playing there would be skipping, so it's not a solid brick. But there's no wobble during normal use. Seems about right for the price. Zero gripes, and my turntable space looks slick - certainly would recommend.

Looks great and easy to put together! Super sturdy. Definitely recommend. It goes together like a puzzle, there are no mechanical fasteners. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy assembly; looks great

This stand is super easy to assemble. It actually took me longer to unpack the pieces and read the directions than it did to put it together. It is an attractive piece of furniture; it doesn't have a plastic-like veneer look as so many of these type of furniture pieces do. A couple of things I wish were different: it uses plastic "screws" as fasteners. If you're not moving it much, it should be fine. However, if you want it to be sturdier, I recommend a trip to the hardware store to buy some nuts/bolts/washers..whatever works for you. Also, I do wish the second shelf was a bit taller. For those like me who use a separate receiver/turntable set up, most receivers will not fit into the second shelf. (yes, I knew the receiver was too tall when I ordered the stand; this is merely an observation). We were able to sit our receiver on the top shelf and then put the turntable on top. While it's nice to have everything on one stand, it does take away a bit from the furniture to have all the electronics stacked on top...but we decided it was better than having another table nearby for the receiver. Overall, it's a great piece of furniture, especially for the price.
