These were not bamboo and felt like sandpaper. They were weirdly thick and incredibly stiff, not like real bamboo sheets at all. Seller was RRG International. We need to watch out for scams like this and report them! Thankfully Amazon refunded me, but I still wasted tons of time reading reviews and deciding on a new set of sheets for nothing. I'm too wary to try buying this product again, despite the positive reviews. I'm giving 2 instead of 1 star because I realize the authentic product might be great. The first set I got did pill at first and I emailed the Resorts Resource Group who without question, sent me a new set at no cost and assured me that this is not a common issue and that as long as I wash and dry according to directions, and continue to wash them, the softer they will get and should not pill. I love the new set. I have the first set that I haven't lost hope on, the replacement set which has had no problems and I even ordered a new set in cream. I love these sheets. Somehow they keep you cool on the warm nights and warm on the cool nights.
