There are a lot of COQ10 products available. Which to choose? My doc recommended this supplement (heart health, blood pressure support), but not what to look for. I like that this is very straightforward: 100 mg per soft gel, 120 soft gels. Plenty of information included in the product description, and I feel like I learned a lot. My doctor advised I take this to help with my constant muscle cramps. I stumbled on this brand and I was mazed at the difference it made. I mistakenly tried a different brand once and it did not help at all and my muscle cramps came right back. I would highly recommend this brand if you suffer from Muscle cramps
