It is a bad product. **Q: My flawless brow comes with a battery. How do I install it?** A: Thank you for your question. To install the battery in Finishing Touch Flawless™ Brows, hold the top and bottom of unit and pull apart. **Q: Can I store on charger or will the battery ruin faster?** A: I'm not sure about it causing the battery to not last as long because I haven't needed to charge the silicone face scrubber since the initial charge. It seems to run forever on one charge. I wouldn't leave it in a plugged in charger all the time, but that's just my personal opinion. It's waterproof design allows for use in the shower and comes with a USB charging cradle for easy charging. It has 4 modes, 2 for cleansing and 2 for massaging. One can use this for facial cleansing then once dried up, use this to massage any serum or moisturizer onto the face for a massage experience. So far I'm loving how versatile the modes and application of this product is. My old silicon facial washer (different brand) offers a stronger vibration compared to the Flawless Cleanser. but after using it for a few days, I think provides a gentler experience.
