This is my 2nd one. Worse! Silicon mouth piece disintegrates just after 7 months! And they don’t sell replacement caps. I really like this bottle. But quality is bad. Not sure what’s the size effects of using a mouthpiece with this rubber condition!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Where is this made ?**
A: Zulu is a part of Leapfrog Brands, based in Chicago. I could not figure out where manufacturing is done, but it appears that their design, development and management is all U.S. based.

**Q: What happens if you use for carbonated drinks?**
A: Nothing…. I use carbonated drinks in mine all the time. I just don’t fill it all the way up. If you fill it up to the top with any beverage it will seep out a little

**Q: Question for the manufacturer, can I get a replacement o ring for the base?**
A: I did not ask for a replacement O ring, however Zulu did send me a new lid to replace the broken rubber ring on the lid.  This part controls the auto open of the lid, which is livable but it was still under warranty, less than a year old.  Great customer service.

**Q: does the bottom leak?**
A: We order two. One black and one white. I opened the bottom to wash it. It leaked after reassembling it. I contacted the seller. They replaced it. The new one does not leak but I did not open it from the bottom again.

Tenemos tiempo usandolo y es perfecto, dura por horas el agua fría. No es muy grande por lo que es práctico hasta para llevar a la escuela, mi hijo se lo ha llevado y se le ha caído infinidad de veces y sigue intacto, exepto por un par de rayoncitos que apenas y se ven.
