**Q: What is the utensil holder made of?**
A: It is stainless steel/ chrome. There are small openings all over it to let the air circulate. I love this set

**Q: What do you use the angled spatula for?**
A: I use it as I would use any spatula, however, the angle is particularly useful when I make omelettes. It's great at lifting the edge of the omelette to allow the uncooked top to move to the bottom to cook. It also makes flipping anything from pancakes to salmon croquettes a breeze.

**Q: Do all the utinsels fit in the holder?**
A: No not all of them fit.

**Q: Didn't receive my package i need customer service to contact me about what can be done as far as a refund or replacement??**
A: You’ll need to contact customer service yourself, when you’ve got the time. They will correct your order or refund your money.
