I noticed a huge reduction in fine lines in 2-3 weeks. My skin tolerates it well not after a month or so and I put it all over my face. Worth the price the because Alastins products have peptides in them and other ingredients that allow the retinol to permeate deeper and allow skin tolerance which means increased frequency.
