A: The suit is green so if you are removing green then I would imagine that it would work for chroma key effects.  I did not try but it would make sense.

The fabric is soft , great quality, true size, and fit perfect . This is great for cosplay if you don't want to spend hours painting your skin. Very well made and tit is very stretchy and comfortable! Overall this is a wonderful full body suit and I would definitely recommend these to friends.
