A: The back of the bottle says: Vitamin C (as Asorbic Acid) 250 mg, 416% (daily value)  Other ingredients:  Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Croscarmellose Triacetin, Acetylated Monoglycrides, Polyethylene Glycol and Oleic AcidFree of:  Yeast, wheat, milk or milk derivatives, lactose, sugar, preservatives, soy, artificial color, artificial flavor, sodium (less than 5 mg per serving)

**Q: How does C benefit?**
A: It's good for your immune system. For me it helps with colds. It may or may not help with blood pressure. If you google it you can find more information.

**Q: What is the source of the vitamin c**
A: They didn’t send me vitamin c.  I had to return the order.
