The cord quality is amazing and very strong. The connectors are really well made. The color is really nice, it matches my wife's rose gold iPhone 7 perfectly. Customer Service, 5+ stars...product, undecided. I really like these cables: color, length, and price were perfect. The customer service was very good, too. They contacted me after the sale and again when the cables shipped. But, I started to have problems with them just a few months after getting them. First one failed to charge, then about a month later, the other one became undependable - sometimes charged, sometimes didn't. It seemed like the connection at the phone port was loose, or maybe the wiring in the cord at that point. I didn't think about returning them because the hassle for that price didn't seem worth it. I just went back to my old short cable. Surprise! Customer Service emailed me just to see how the product was performing! I took that opportunity to tell them about the product failure, and they immediately offered to replace both cables free of charge. The new cables arrived very quickly, and so far they are working fine. I don't know if they will continue to work well, but I hope so. If there is another problem, I will update this review. However, I have to say again how pro-active and responsive their Customer Service was. Very rare these days.
