Seemed to work great for the first 6 months or so, would even start dual battery diesel trucks with no issues. Then it wouldn't do the diesels every time, we attributed that to "maybe the batteries are just totally dead or had shorted cells" because it worked sometimes. I should have recognized at that point there was something up, but we don't work on diesel that often, and the box was still starting cars just fine. The box stays plugged in whenever not in use (like the instructions stated) and it always says 100% when we go to use it. Just noticed 2 months ago now it will only start something that is partially low, like when you get the starter that just clicks during cranking and will not turn over. Last month, now it won't even start those, let alone a car that had the key left on overnight. I had figured due to the more expense of this box, it should be even better than the last box, but apparently not. Very disappointed. We went back to using the older box for now, have to hook up a charger to the clamps and turn on the box to charge it, but still works, going on 3 years now. Fortunately, haven't had to use it yet. If I had any complaint is that you need to use as external charging unit (included) to charge it up.
