## Questions & Answers

**Q: Where manufactured?  Any ingredients imported from China?**
A: I have several of their products, including Optimal Multivitamin Methyl One, all are manufactured in Bellingham, WA (USA). If you're new to methylated folate, you might also consider their Optimal Multivamin. The dose is 8 capsules, and I find that smaller doses, 1-2 capsules in a day, works great, versus always defaulting to 1 heavier dosed Optimal Vitamin Methyl One. Both are great, it's just helpful to have options to adjust the dose.

**Q: What minerals are in this multi-vitamin?**
A: Click on the photo of the product and it should give you an option to look at the back panel of the container, which lists all of the vitamins and minerals. Zoom in close to read. : ) 
It is an excellent multi-vitamin--especially for people with the MTHFR gene variation. That said, it would seem good for anyone in search of a well formulated, well absorbed multi-vitamin.

**Q: im not seeing mag and calc?.. also why is methyls only 50%**
A: This formula is only a one a day multivitamin which limits the amount of nutrients that can be added to create that serving size. If you would like a multi that includes calcium, magnesium and folate as 100% L-Methylfolate you may want to look at our Optimal Multivitamin Capsules. -Seeking Health Staff

A: My bottle has the label "Multivitamin One." The ingredients contain methylated B vitamins, which are more easily absorbed, especially for those who have the MTHFR gene variation.
