Thanks** A: When I purchased the 1.25lb plate, I selected "2" as the quantity based on the other answers; I wanted a pair (naturally). I received a total of four plates / two pair. I am not sure if there was a mistake made when pulling the product or not, but based on my outcome, a quantity of "1" appears to mean one pair. **Q: What are the dimensions of the plates?** A: These weights work with the standard 1 inch bars, not the 2 inch olympic bars. The outside diameter is right at 8 inches, and they are 3/4 inches thick. Hope this helps. **Q: Can anyone tell me the exact size of the 1.25 lb weight? I'm using it for another purpose other than on a barbell and it may or may not fit right.** A: Don't know . I purchased the 10lb weights **Q: What is the diameter of the inside hole? The one that's meant to accommodate the bar?** A: The hole is slightly larger than one inch, 1 and 1/16 of an inch in diameter. These weights fit right on the standard bar with no problem. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Deal *by on Reviewed in the United States 5 October 2021* Well worth it for someone that uses light weights and increases weight in small increments. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice looking weight for a basic setup *by on Reviewed in Canada 7 January 2024* Being a weight trainer in the past I have looked at this product through the eyes of the athlete. To me it is no nonsense, clean, easy to work with and maintain weight. I like the fact that it is essentially just a plain flat plate with few impressions made in the surface. That means a slim disc that fits well with its neighbours. Simple, and when you’re working out you need to be surrounded by simplicity so you can be in the psyche of a good athlete. All that being said, I actually bought this weight on sale as an anchor for a loudspeaker stand which is close to a traffic area. I am afraid of it being bumped and the speaker being damaged. The hole in the weight is just a hairsbreadth larger than the speaker stand’s centre post. Threaded overtop, that stand isn’t going anywhere. Unconventional use, but there you go. For now it looks okay and works a charm. But I still think the weight is a good buy for its intended purpose. Oh, and BTW, there is only one sticker and it is of the removable sort, so even being careful it shouldn’t take much more than 30 seconds to remove it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excelente producto *by on Reviewed in Mexico 7 August 2019* Muy buena calidad los discos, lo recomiendo. ## Frequently Bought Together - CAP Barbell Cast Iron Standard 1-Inch Weight Plates| Multiple Options - CAP Barbell 14" Regular Dumbbell Handles | Multiple Options - CAP Barbell Standard 1-Inch Grip Weight Plates --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/423914199-cap-barbell-cast-iron-standard-1-inch-weight-plates-gray](https://www.desertcart.us/products/423914199-cap-barbell-cast-iron-standard-1-inch-weight-plates-gray) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
