They were unfriendly right from the start and got visibly frustrated when they couldn’t finish the job fast enough. Scratched the surrounding cabinetry and damaged the unit itself. By paying extra for convenience you get the opposite result - a headache. The washing machine is solid though, very quiet indeed. 5 stars for the product, 0 for installation.
