I am using these to make non-dairy L reuteri yogurt which is a fairly delicate operation. I am using homemade organic sprouted oats for oat milk. I successfully made L acidophilus yogurt with both uncooked and heated oat milk, so I will be trying L reuteri next. I will update this review at that time. This is the best source of L reuteri at the most reasonable price that I could find. After I make L reuteri yogurt, I will be using it as a starter for the next 10 batches and not be using these tablets. If this is successful, I will not be buying any more L reuteri tablets.
