I've been using them for lateral band walks, and "monster walks", to target those hard to work inner/outer thigh muscles, and the gluteus medius. The bands are comfortable around my ankles, and the set comes with four different resistant levels so you can progress as you get stronger, or they're great if your training others in a group setting. Also love how easy they are to throw in my gym bag and carry with me. They seem really strong and of good quality. Very happy with the set. *UPDATE 11/8/15: the green band/medium resistance, broke on me this week. I've used it almost a month doing lateral band walks. Wishing it had lasted longer than the 3weeks I was using it. Was great during that time. Since there are other bands in the set, I've just gone up in tension and continue to do them.
