There is another mount on Amazon for an F150 that goes up by the windshield. It had great reviews, but a couple said it was a little flimsy and flexed a bit in the wind. You DO NOT have to worry about this mount flexing. It is made of thick stainless plate. It has a very thick clear sticker on the bottom to protect the aluminum body on the truck from galvanic corrosion, since the stainless bracket is a dissimilar metal to aluminum. That was an excellent addition, and showed me the manufacturer took the extra step to make sure this mount was right.This bracket only works with an NMO antenna and coax. I had, at first, purchased a marine antenna to use with this, but the end nearly touched the fender, and left no room to attach the coax. I liked the mount so good, I got a different (NMO) antenna, and it worked out great.I’ll be honest, I thought I might could make one of these myself. Let me tell you, there is absolutely no way. The bends on this bracket match the bends on the inside of the fender perfectly. It is made for the driver’s side only, because the bend in the fender rises as it approaches the windshield. They got the slope dead-on!!It fits in the gap between fender and hood great as well. I did wrap the middle of the bracket with electrical tape, to protect the paint in the gap, in case the bracket loosens a bit from road vibrations. The electrical tape probably won’t do much, but it made me feel better. I really don’t think I’ll have a problem either way though.A star washer is included to assist in grounding. The plate is thick, and my NMO coax end had trouble getting in there, until I loosened the brass on the end of my connector. Popped in perfectly and holds my antenna very securely.If you are looking for a fender mount NMO antenna bracket for a 2015-20xx F-150, this is the one you want. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars This is very well made and fits on the middle ... *by M***X on Reviewed in the United States on December 8, 2017* This is very well made and fits on the middle hole (as seen in the picture) and also the closer hole to the firewall.
