But the indicator is already showing that time to replace the filter is coming near, yet there is no filter replacement available on Amazon as well as their website. Therir customer care via whatsapp sucks, I got a very delayed response to my query regarding replacement filter, to which I was told I would get it on their website, which was incorrect for I had already checked. Now I'm stuck with it. Funny thing is there are so many similar ones in the market yet there aren't any replacement filters available.O el more thing; when I pour water into the jug some kind of debris float inthe water. Where does it come from? It's not yet one month and the indicator for changing the filter has still some time to go, but the dispensed water is coming out cloudy.. don't know how this brand got such high review points.
