But now, they are working like a charm on my extreme tree pollen allergies. It took 4-5 days for me. I normally can't breathe through my nose for 2.5 months in the spring, which has come early here in Arizona. I mean, a complete mouth breather. Near constant itchy nose and watery eyes. Boxes and boxes of kleenex. The pollen count is a 9.8 out of 10 right now according to pollendotcom. I have no symptoms whatsoever. The odd thing is, I normally have to take something every 3-4 hours just to get a tiny bit of relief. I have only taken 3 of these little pills 1st thing in the morning the last couple days and have been fine. (I took more in the beginning though.) I don't understand how Chinese remedies work, but I am more impressed with them all the time. This may even work better than the BiYan Pian I got last year, and wrote about below. After decades of this, I tried Pe Min Kan Wan one day (my husband's acupuncturist gave him a bottle to help with his allergies) hoping for a bit of allergy relief from the junipers blooming. A couple of days later, I realized I hadn't coughed in two days. I was floored. I'd been coughing for 30 years. A day didn't go by where I coughed after eating and lots in between. I've stayed on these for a week and have not coughed once! To say this is a miracle is an understatement. My vertigo/constant motion sickness is gone as well. I have stopped taking Clariton and Zyrtec altogether. I was taking 3 24-hour pills just to get through the day, sometimes more. And now, nothing. This stuff is a miracle product. Yes, it's made in China, a culture that has been around for over 5,000 years and has this whole herb thing down. I am beyond grateful. I will say they gave me a dull headache at first, but that is gone now. And a dull headache is so much more tolerable than the motion sickness and coughing and general feeling like crap.
