She fit newborn onesies we had on hand pretty snug but they were difficult to get on, 0-3 was a good size and easier to get on, a little tiny bit loose around the neck (the bright pink sleeper in my review pictures is a 0-3). She came with a cute sleeper (we chose the pink option), a diaper already on, a headband, rattle toys, bottle, magnetic pacifier, and birth certificate. Her entire body is stuffed cloth and the weighted beads are all at the bottom area. I used a kitchen scale to weigh the doll and she came out to 2 Ibs and 6 oz. The weight definitely gives the doll a more realistic feel, though I wish the weight was distributed evenly or more centered. Her eyelashes were also cut unevenly so one side is a little shorter than the other. Overall couldn't be happier with this doll, it has minor imperfections but for the price it is beyond worth what you get!! It's an early birthday present for my daughter and she is absolutely in love with her baby 'Rose'.
