He asked what I am doing. I am combining this with nutrition because I know I was low in things like B12, D3 and Zinc and may well have also been low in biotin. I am also eating pumpkin seeds and 1 teaspoon of wheat germ (for spermidine because it has studies where people stopped shedding hair after 3 months) I added in a teaspoon of millet to my morning oats with my flaxseed, and wheat germ, because there is a study that hair gets thicker with millet.
