He usually wears a xl. Should I order his usual size or go up a size to 2xl??** A: I have attached a video of the size chart. I ordered my husband Large and he is 165 lbs and 5’9”. So I think I would probably up the size to 2XL unless of course you feel otherwise once you review the chart.
