It’s got a side door that opens as well as the back doors but the whole top also lifts off so his hands can really get inside to pretend he’s a paramedic working on his injured patient. There are screens that light up and doctor kits with tiny tools like pretend scissors and shots. There are even tiny little bandages that work. The only negative is the amount of time it took to set it up and place the many stickers.
