They're only meant for use every couple of days. If you're going to use everyday then go lightly. It's great for hard to reach areas like your back. Be sure to hang dry with it spread out or else it will start to grow mold. These are machine washable too (don't put in the dryer!). Treat it like a plastic towel if you will.
