A: This neutralizer shampoo does not have color indicator.

**Q: If it has no color indicator, How do you know if it’s working?**
A: You should be able to tell by the feel of your hair if all the product is out. Best practice was 5 times, thoroughly massaging the scalp and rinse until the water runs clear, squeezing any excess water out

**Q: Would this help with the effects of hard water?**
A: I too have hard water, the shampoo is helpful, however I find it most useful when I give my hair  a deep weekly  conditioning and use the shampoo during the week.

**Q: Will this neutralizer work with  the texture my way kit?**
A: This is a good Neutralizer for all chemicals that require a neutralizing shampoo.
