I have to clean out the collection bin at least 3 or 4 times while it's doing the entire area because even if I vacuum every day, it still finds plenty of dog hair to clean up, which I find very commendable of it. I change them once a week that’s all that I do to have my floors sparkling clean and it’s so much more superior to my roomba and my Tesvor for which are on my other floors. it is worth every penny! I’m so glad I purchased this!! ### ⭐ Deebot Breaks Again and Again and Again!!! *by A***R on May 2, 2025* When the vacuum/mop works it works well however it doesn’t work quite as long as it should. I’m now on my second Deebot X1, the first one was replaced under warranty. The second one has lasted us around 8 months and now has stopped working correctly. Now that we are out of warranty customer service isn’t very helpful. They do the simple things and then tell you that they recommend you sending it in. That’s $78 round trip plus their labor and parts to fix it. The best I can tell online is that the average repair job is 2 months. I opted to just by the parts from the manufacturer. The prices were good and the parts fixed the issues that I had however they then caused a new issue. Now my robot and base don’t communicate since I had to replace my circuit board.
