There are no returns. You cannot return if it is defective. Mine was. I have spent hours texting different 24V chargers, mppts, inverters, and nothing charges the battery, nothing is able to pull power from it. It reads 25V, but after 8 hours of time wasted on this defective battery unfortunately it's looking like a total loss.
