I have had to apply additional adhesive to the red tiles for them to adhere to a flat concrete floor. I suspect they will have trouble sticking to textured ceramic tiles. **Q: Can apply outdoor around fountains** A: No I would not this is just like stickers you peel them and stick them to a peeped floor they do not seam like they would hold up out doors let alone by a fountain **Q: can I buy 17 boxsof this product?** A: No. They will only sell you 6 boxes.
