A: I am 40A and I bought a Xxl and it's tight , I wished they sold sizes for bigger girls, hope this helps

A: Yes the bra is padded and it doesn’t come undone when you wash. I bought the large bring a natural Medium and I should have gone with the medium. Great support, not tight, very flattering.
