It gave clear, precise steps from ground work vision to up and running/fine tuning your business. There are Alot of "How To Business/Network" books- but this Truly guides you from dreaming up your ideal vision, to creating the plan, to the "Nuts n Bolts" of how to work your plan and breath it into existence. My particular fave part is how she guides us into Tier 4- the "Actual Reality" of starting/running your business and balancing your home life,too. This WAS the MUST HAVE insight for me. As a Busy,Never Home, always on the go Mom of 5 for the past 25yrs- starting a new in home business venture for myself, while still raising my last 3 @ home- 1 living @ home college student, 1 middle schooler, 1 elementary schooler- I needed coping skills, realistic plans, and "how to survive daily life" guidance. Christy gave me All That and More!! Including How to get my Tribe on board w/ Mom's new career choice, and how to be present in the daily moments of their lives. I downloaded it (the audiobook format) the other day and found it very interesting and inspirational. Christy empowers women to take charge of their careers, their businesses, and their lives through this motivational book on running a business. I own my own digital tech business and internet radio station. So I'm pretty established. But her book did give me some practical ideas on the metrics of how to measure success in other ways.She has realistic goals and encourages women to feel successful no matter what level they are on.On a more personal note, I have a great deal of confidence in my business and am fiercely competitive so I don't have the confidence issues that Christy speaks of so often in her book and I would have leveled the smarty pants in the crowd that tried to discredit her if it had been me.That being said, it's a great book for anyone who wants to create their own future and run their own business from home or anywhere. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comprehensive yet very understandable *by A***R on April 22, 2023* I love that this book on business is written for women, especially since, as Wright shows, the average woman's definition of success may be different from that of the average man's.
