Review: Non conoscevo i prodotti Fire maple ma dopo diversi acquisti devo dire che sono validi e ben pensati. Questa Padella non è in PTFE ma antiaderente nel senso che è fatta in alluminio anodizzato. Avremo quindi il massimo della conducibilità in termini di calore ma al contempo un alluminio estremamente duro e difficile da rovinare. Per quella che è la mia esperienza, il PTFE è migliore come potere antiaderente ma l'anodizzazione è comunque valida e probabilmente priva di sostanze dannose. Il sistema di fissaggio del manico è ben fatto e in generale sembra un ottimo prodotto. Ho scritto volutamente padella ideale per il campeggio e non per il bushcraft perché va sicuramente bene con il fornello a gas, ad alcol ecc.... probabilmente anche con una Bushbox a legnetti ma non credo la metterei sulle braci di un fuoco a legna vero e proprio magari acceso da mezza giornata, non mi sembra la sua natura.

Not the lightest but still a very reasonable weight and I'd trade a few grams for reliable cooking performance and durability.

Non conoscevo i prodotti Fire maple ma dopo diversi acquisti devo dire che sono validi e ben pensati. Questa Padella non è in PTFE ma antiaderente nel senso che è fatta in alluminio anodizzato. I really like this pan. The non stick is excellent (although some people seem to think you should be able to cremate your food without any consequences). Fried eggs and tricky proteins like white fish cook perfectly but of course you still have to manage the heat of your camp stove. If you've used appropriate heat, it cleans up very easily (often with just a wipe with a paper towel). It's made of good, quite thick aluminium which conducts heat evenly and reduces the tendency to get a small hot spot in the centre of the pan (although you'll still have to manage the heat if you're using a small stove like a pocket rocket). Not the lightest but still a very reasonable weight and I'd trade a few grams for reliable cooking performance and durability.

A solid, high-quality frying pan. The anodized aluminum looks and feels good. It's a thick, lightweight pan, perfect for camping. Again, it feels like a very high-quality pan. The handle has a silicone grip that seems durable, and the handle lock is well-made. I really liked how it stores; the mesh bag it comes with is thick. In conclusion, it's one of my best purchases in terms of price and quality.
