Life ExtensionSuper Bio-Curcumin - 400 Mg - 60 Vcaps (Pack of 3)

I use this for arthritic pain relief in my shoulders. This is the best curcumin that I've found for fast pain relief. I take it twice a day with fish oil (take Curcumin with oil for best absorbtion). This is much better than rx pain medication because I have no side effects. My spouse takes it also for the pain relief from arthritis of the knee and it works very well.

I haven using the super Bio Curmin for months. For the most part, helps with inflammation. I have been experiencing less pain, able to take walks, get up in the morning.

Really helped lower a lot stuff on the blood test, specially sgpt. Not sure about joint pains, but yeah it works.

This product tastes and smells bad, does not work, and I believe the silicon dioxide interferes with my ability to absorb the multivitamin and medications I take alongside this product. I will be finishing the bottle on the off-chance that it does produce positive benefits (reduced inflammation, specifically) and because it is not cheap, but I prefer the Naturelo-brand Turmeric, Black Pepper, and Ginger supplement MUCH more than this product.

I have edited this review: MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS "Life Extension Super Bio-Curcumin; 400 mg" NOT THE SUPER CURCUMIN WITH BIOPERINE.I have tried various types and strengths of turmeric extracts hoping to find a big impact for pain relief, to avoid taking ibuprofen or some other anti-inflammatory very often.I have experienced a definite impact with pain relief with this product without the side effects of typical otc pain relievers.I also like the fact that there are other positive health benefits of this product.My wife, however,doesn't feel as much impact regarding pain relief.I will continue taking these, but as with so many things, they are fairly expensive.
