Review: Makes a really nice seitan - With the addition of spices and nutritional yeast etc, I have found this VWG flour to make a really nice seitan mixture, nice flavour. I find that it does not need lots of kneeding to come together, in fact I find too much kneeding makes seitan too chewy and bouncy for me. Made some lovely fake ribs, patties and some chunks to add to curry. Will be ordering more soon.

With the addition of spices and nutritional yeast etc, I have found this VWG flour to make a really nice seitan mixture, nice flavour.
