Its quiet I can't even hear it running, except on startup it makes a short little noise as it spins up but then goes silent. I made a pedestal out of aluminum to mount mine at the bottom of the case. Mine came with one blue LED which is really bright! The filler plug i found awkward with the giant phillips so I replaced that with the regular G1/4 adapter and plug (XSPC M20 to G1/4" Fillcap Adapter). The fittings all screwed in nicely and not a single leak anywhere!I usually leave my PC on 24/7 and shutdown for one day a week while at work that day. After about a month of this routine the pump did not start up, luckily I was watching my temps right away as I loaded up a game. Being after 30 days I couldn't return through Amazon so I contacted XSPC as there is a 1 year manufacturer warranty. My e-mail was replied to quickly and Paul from their support was very helpful in diagnosing the trouble.He suggested taking apart the pump and cleaning it which I did. Upon taking it apart it did not seem to be junked up or dirty at all. I put it back together and it didn't seem to change anything. I e-mailed XSPC again saying so, but before I got a reply from them I went back to playing with it, taking it apart and putting it back together and spinning it around, making sure it felt right and smooth. After a while it finally spun again and now it seems to be back in working order!The XSPC support person said if it were to happen again to try changing coolant. I'm currently using EK Cryofuel Lime Yellow Premix.I didn't take a picture of it, but I did remove the spinning tan part from the motor housing and cleaned the shaft it spins on, and spun that by hand a bit. Did that a few times. It looks like the metal ring that screws to the reservoir is attached to the motor itself so not sure if you could ever buy a replacement motor if it were to fail.Anyways besides that small hiccup so far so good! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Love IT!!!!! *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 18, 2017* Silent and beautiful. Looks like a large glowing ice cube in the center of my case. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Decent pump, bigger than it looks. *by B***Z on Reviewed in the United States on June 6, 2018* This is a decent little pump, except that its bigger than it looks. What I mean by that is, it takes up quite a bit of room inside a computer case. The pressure and the flow seem to be pretty good, I have a CPU block, 2 GPU blocks, a 120mm rad and a 240mm radiator. So it provides good flow with quite a bit of restriction. I would normally recommend a D5 or Swiftech MPC pump with this setup. Good head pressure is necessary for this type of loop.It is very quiet, and I've had no problems with 24/7 operation. The reservoir is nice, I don't have it in a displayed area, but it is quite appealing. I have not tried to illuminate it, but it is clear and I have had no problems with running distilled water. Looks exactly the same as when I installed it a year ago.I replaced a 2 bay pump/res combo with this device. Only problem is the only place I could put this pump in this build is in the drive cage. It takes up 3 + bay slots, so I had to remove some drives to fit it. Right now the only drive bay device I have is a fan controller. It is much less than ideal, and I find its grating on me more over time.I think XSPC pumps get a bad rap. I've used a 420 and a 720 that worked well for a couple of years. And I like this pump, just not a fan of its dimensions. For a pump this size, one could expect a little more performance.
