Right off the bat, it did not work. When I press Start, the timer counts down but the vibration motor never engages. After about 10 seconds, the unit shuts itself off and announces “Bluetooth mode” out loud. I have tested it on a hard floor, tried all modes, reset the machine, and confirmed it is not connected to Bluetooth. The plate will not vibrate at all — it’s a complete motor or control board failure. I sent an email to customer service because this is supposed to be covered by a 1 year warranty. After a week, I heard back and they asked me to send them a video demonstrating my issues which I did. A week later, no reply, I wrote again using the original ticket number I was given and I reattached the video and 2 weeks passed with zero reply. I sent in a brand new email and still - no response. I have never experienced such poor customer service from an desertcart vendor.
