These taste so yummy! I tried another brand that were NOT good, so get these! Although a nice product, for me I think it is too much on my nervous system and I feel these maybe give me too much brain power bc when I take them I feel mentally exhausted/burned out at the end of the day like I would coming off of ADHD meds. But I guess they are similar to ADHD meds so it’s to be expected. Maybe I will only take one at a time and not every day. When I have the coffee with this in it it must have much less bc I don’t get that mentally exhausted feeling later but do still feel clear headed so maybe the amount in it is too much for me.
